The role of Client Services Account Manager is a business growth role; you will be in the constant pursuit of high-quality searches, ensuring these searches are delivered on and delivering exceptional service to our clients. In this role you will identify and win agreements with new clients, build stakeholder relationships to secure high value exclusive and retained business. Your high-quality business development will be supported by our Talent team ensuring that you have the bandwidth to continue to focus on winning new business. In this role you will:

Responsibilities

Pro-actively secure high value business opportunities

  • Focus on business development activities both within existing and new clients
  • Work to ensure we are solving customer problems by providing a world class service
  • Understand the needs of customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these
  • Identify opportunities to increase customer spend with TEKsystems through pro-active networking
  • Negotiate pricing with customers with the goal of increasing both average deal size and gross customer spread
  • Identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products and services

 

Pipeline business to ensure consistent high spread

  • Leverage existing networks to generate new opportunities
  • Generate leads and cold call prospective customers
  • Build, nurture and developing relationships with key customer accounts
  • Attend face-to-face meetings with clients
  • Provide specialist advice on the Permanent products and/or services offered by TEKsystems
  • Record and leverage Client relationships in Connected

 

Ensure service to high value projects

  • Partner with your leader to ensure that your client demand is met with resource from our Talent teams
  • When our Talent teams are at capacity you will work independently to secure the best talent for your clients
  • Provide end to end oversight of HVB projects ensuring we surpass client expectations

 

People management and development

  • Work with the Talent team to ensure that you are sharing your market knowledge and upskilling the designated recruiters
  • Share knowledge and best practice around candidate generation, candidate process control and new business development
  • Provide mentoring and 1-2-1 support of a Recruiter should the business demand dictate the need to have a recruiter aligned to you
