Qualifications

Skills & Experience Required

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 admin tools.
  • Proficiency with Windows 11.
  • Experience with hardware support and troubleshooting.
  • Basic PowerShell scripting for automation.
  • Understanding of networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WLAN.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a self-starter mindset.
  • Clear, confident communication skills (written and verbal).

Desirable (Nice to Have)

  • Experience managing Group Policy within Active Directory.
  • Exposure to Azure or other cloud services (AWS/GCP).
  • Understanding of cybersecurity best practices.
  • Understanding of backup technologies.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Working experience with scripting and automation

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 services (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, Azure AD).
  • Support Windows 11 laptops, resolving software and hardware issues.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot laptops, printers, and mobile devices (IOS & Android).
  • Perform basic network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, LAN/WLAN, DNS, DHCP).
  • Provide end-user support and support offshore support teams.
  • Assist with IT projects including upgrades, migrations, and new deployments.
  • Keep system documentation up to date.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and service providers.
  • Travel to other company sites when needed (Valid passport required).
