Role Outline

 

Within Allegis Group, The Field Support Group (FSG) is responsible for the on-and-offboarding of our internal and external employees and contractors. This includes compliance and contract management, payroll administrative tasks and acting as a single point of contact for HR administrative queries and providing excellent customer experience. As a Business Support Associates (BSA) you will be responsible for independently managing your own contractor base.

 

As a BSA you should be an active participant in the team, with the ability to priorities tasks in order of importance to meet customer needs. You should establish and maintain working partnerships within a fast-paced environment, whilst holding yourself and others accountable. A successful BSA uses own initiative to complete tasks and demonstrate patience despite setbacks.

· Knowledge of HR processes related to local employment regulations, including collective labour agreements where applicable

· Able to manage high workloads with ability to organise and prioritise

· General knowledge on audit readiness and evidence gathering

Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities

  • Customer Service

    · Delivers excellent customer experience to both internal stakeholders and external customers

    · Acts as point of contact for all HR administration, Contract and Payroll related queries and seeks solutions, escalating where appropriate

    · Develops strong relationships with peers in other departments to support the strategic aims of the business.

    · Partners with sales consultants to support objectives of the team and office.

    · Supports office Leadership by performing a diverse range of administrative and operational functions

    · General office management

     

    Systems and Process Understanding

    · Accountable for contractor and Employee on-boarding process; including issuing of contract agreements and solving contract queries

    · Able to identify and extract key information from internal technologies to support strategic aims of the business

    · Executes internal risk management process to ensure operational efficiency and eliminate risk to the business

    · Maintain and update employee and contractor records in our internal systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity

     

    Risk Management / Quality assurance/ Business guardianship

    · Subject matter expert on contractor on-boarding requirements, set by Allegis Group, our clients and legislation.

    · Understands and applies legislation affecting the business and contractors, managing change in line with legislation

    · Understands and applies right-to-work requirements and restrictions where relevant

    · Advises consultants and contractors on policies, compliance, and any other information that affects the business and/or the individual

    · Complete ad hoc projects and duties as requested by manager.
