About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Junior Technical Recruiter who is eager to start a career in IT recruiting. In this role, you will work closely with experienced recruiters and account managers, learn the fundamentals of technical recruiting, and build long-term relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
You do not need a technical background – curiosity, communication skills, and the willingness to learn are what matter most.
Your Responsibilities
- Communicate with candidates via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Support the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, interviewing, and candidate coordination
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Learn about IT roles, technologies, and the tech job market through hands-on training
- Maintain accurate candidate data and documentation in internal systems
What You Bring
- Strong communication skills and confidence in speaking with people
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
- Interest in IT and technology and willingness to learn technical concepts
- Strong relationship-building skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Structured, reliable, and motivated way of working
Nice to Have (But Not Required)
- First experience in recruiting, HR, sales, or customer-facing roles
- Experience working with LinkedIn or similar platforms
