Junior Technical Recruiter (m/f/d)

 

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Technical Recruiter who is eager to start a career in IT recruiting. In this role, you will work closely with experienced recruiters and account managers, learn the fundamentals of technical recruiting, and build long-term relationships with candidates and stakeholders.

You do not need a technical background – curiosity, communication skills, and the willingness to learn are what matter most.

 

Your Responsibilities

  • Communicate with candidates via phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Support the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, interviewing, and candidate coordination
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Learn about IT roles, technologies, and the tech job market through hands-on training
  • Maintain accurate candidate data and documentation in internal systems

What You Bring

  • Strong communication skills and confidence in speaking with people
  • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
  • Interest in IT and technology and willingness to learn technical concepts
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a team-oriented mindset
  • Structured, reliable, and motivated way of working

Nice to Have (But Not Required)

  • First experience in recruiting, HR, sales, or customer-facing roles
  • Experience working with LinkedIn or similar platforms

Responsibilities

What you will contribute:

  • Recruit top IT candidates and serve as the main point of contact throughout the entire recruiting cycle.
  • Build and maintain relationships with consultants to match them with the BEST opportunities.
  • Evaluate experience and opportunities of candidates through our screening process.
  • Understand our clients’ business and IT initiatives, as well as their specific technical and cultural environments to best match the career goals of consultants with their hiring needs.
  • Negotiate unique compensation packages (wages, benefits, etc.) to attract and hire candidates for our clients’ needs.
